Scattergories
October 24th, 2008 | by Jeff Myers |I got this from a friend (ironcates on BGG) and I figured if Mark Jackson can do it with a simple letter like M, then I can do it with my much more difficult letter, J. In fact, in Scrabble, an M is worth 3 and a J is worth 8!
Here’s the rules:
Use the first letter of your first name to answer each of the following. They have to be real places, names, things – nothing made up. Try to use different answers if the person in front of you had the same first initial – which by the way is hard if you already have read their answers! You cannot use your own name for the boy/girl names.
- What is your name?: Jeff
- A 4 letter word: Jackass
- A vehicle: Jeep
- A City: Jamesburg, New Jersey (extra points)
- A boy’s name: James
- A girls name: Jennifer
- Alcoholic drink: Jack and Coke (which, IMHO, is one way to ruin a perfectly good Coke)
- An occupation: Journalist
- Something you wear: Jean Jacket (extra points)
- A Celebrity: Janet Jackson (extra points)
- A food: Jumbo Shrimp (no extra points, but a very good oxymoron)
- Something found in a bathroom: Juveniles (especially when I want privacy)
- Reason for being late: Jury Duty
- Something you shout: Jumping Jehosophat! (extra)
- An animal: Jaguar
- A body part: Jejunum (part of your small intestine)
- Word to describe yourself: Jaded
